Imagine waking up to a morning yoga practice just steps away from your bed followed by a refreshing dip in your pool on a beautifully clear summer day.  All with the breathtaking view of the surrounding Mediterranean forest (!!!).

~ All in-country transportation, including pick up and drop at the Seville airport on arrival and departure days at designated time (Erin will share recommended flight arrival and departure times)

~ 3 delicious Mediterranean inspired meals daily prepared by chefs at the retreat center (breakfast, lunch and dinner).  Breakfast is served buffet style with fruit, bread, cereal, oatmeal, nuts, spreads, juice, smoothies, coffee and tea.  Lunch and dinner are served family style with starter and main course.  Dessert is served at dinner.  Wine, beer and other beverages will be available to purchase, but not included.

Tap water is clean and safe to drink.

~ A 24 hr. snack table available with fruit, coffee and tea to refuel during free time

~ Access to the retreat center’s swimming pools, tennis court, gardens, terraces and hiking trails

~ Day/ evening trip to traditional white painted hill town, Ronda, where you will have time in the afternoon on your own to explore, find a local cafe for tapas and a glass of wine or admire the historic, Puento Nuevo (a bridge that looks like something right out of Game of Thrones).  We'll reconvene together as a group for snacks and wine tasting prior to a traditional flamenco show, a passionate art form of dancing, singing and music birthed in the south of Spain.

~ Guided Hiking excursion through the Nature Reserve, Sierra de Grazalema with a peak into local history and wildlife in the area

~ Day Trip to Zahara De La Sierra with tour of olive oil factory plus an olive oil and cheese tasting! We'll get to follow the journey of the olive and learn about the process of producing organic olive oil and the special landscape the south of Spain provides to make it.

~ Wine tasting and day trip to Setenil de las Bodegas (option for sparkling water or juice, too!)

~ Daily Yoga/ meditation/ guided writing classes

~ Time for personal reflection & writing, lounging by the pool, self-guided hiking and opportunities to explore and relax on your own

~ And many more unexpected surprises of wonder that travel brings!

Inner awareness and the concept of writing from the body currently inspire Erin's work as a yoga instructor and graduate student in the creative writing program at Ohio University.

In 2016, Erin returned to the US after a year living, teaching, and traveling in Spain. Back at home in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains, Erin recognized parts of Spanish culture had become part of her; like taking time to cook, sitting down to eat and enjoy meals, the value of friendship and the beauty of slowing down in general.

The perspective she’d embodied in Spain was an integral part of who she’d become and who she is today.  She is enthused to share in this opportunity to explore, reflect and learn with others through travel and time away from everyday routines.

Erin currently offers yoga classes, writes, and lives in  Athens, Ohio. For more information about Erin please visit her website.
